And In real dollars, inflation adjusted per capita spending in Florida from before COVID when I took office today is down. We have not increased even that in nominal dollars. Four straight years of spending reduction. So the notion that you just have to keep increasing your budget to deliver core services, we have proven that that's not true at the state level.
