Certainly at the state level. I don't think you need to at the local either. But I also know we have a big surplus at the state level. The Florida legislature voted last year to put on the ballot a provision that's going to fail. It has no chance of passing. I mean, it was not worded well and it's not going to. It's not good policy anyways. They did it. And I've ribbed a lot of these. (21:31–21:37)
