And so, so we're mindful of all of that for sure. But you know, I don't, I don't. I think people have definitely reached the limit on what they can afford on, particularly on property tax. And so that's, that's why we're taking it on. And again, you know, I am not one of those over the last seven years because I've been in, I've been in public housing and they don't charge you property tax on that. (46:20–46:27)
