And so the things that we've done, while meaningful, the thing that I think people from a tax perspective will talk to you about is the property tax. And here's just where we are with this. Again, this is all going to local governments. In 2019, all local governments in Florida took in $32 billion of revenue from property taxes. Today that numbers 60 billion seven years later. And so, you know, the question is, Florida's budget is basically been flat or declining over the last four years. How do you go from 32 to 60 billion? (06:47–07:03)
