We would not have 1.4 million in choice programs if it wasn't for the competition. Most of those school, because you have 500,000 private, 400,000 charter, but a lot of hundreds of thousands are within school districts. The choice programs within school districts, I don't think they would do that if there was no other option for choice. It probably would just be one system and you kind of like, when I was growing up, I lived in Dunedin. I went to Dunedin High School. That was kind of it. (49:04–49:10)
