I mean, certainly new schools, we also, with Schools of Hope do have an ability when some person perform poorly where that can basically be taken over by a charter operator. One of the things that we have provided in the recent legislation is an ability for them to access empty space that we have in some of these schools. because quite frankly, poor performing schools get less enrollment.
