So the results that we see from expanding school choices follow. Last year, 71% of Florida schools earned an A or a B grade. That's up from 64% the year before. Even better, 44% of schools earned an A. The number of schools receiving a D or F declined significantly year over year. Now, part of the reason I think we were able to do that is we instituted a change in how we evaluate schools. (10:05–10:08)
