It's hard to just simply take a broad brush and slash it all the way to the bone. But it's been years of change and incremental reductions and elimination of brackets that have gotten us where we are. When I came into the legislature and I came from economic development prior to prior to coming here, there were many cases where we would lose economic development projects because our tax burden was too high in the state of Ohio.
