What's the big lift, do you think, on the transportation budget before we get to the operating budget? Well, I think going into the transportation budget, obviously for those who are unaware, Every time you buy a gallon of gas, you're paying so many cents of the cost of that gallon of gas goes to the state and the federal government to pay for state and federal gas taxes that then get returned to pay for roads and bridges here in the state of Ohio. And in the federal government's case, they take it and then they return it back to, to us in some form or fashion. (11:12–11:28)
