But she fails to acknowledge that The Issue 1 campaign would have installed gerrymandering into our Constitution. We've covered that extensively. She, she evidently hasn't come to grips with that, even though I think anybody who's being objective and reading the language realizes it would have led to an unaccountable gerrymandering mechanism.
