And unfortunately, what we found throughout the process is that that has been stifled over the years and in many cases it's been stifled through the faculty at these institutions. There was a study that we cited when we passed this legislation that was actually conducted by higher education. UCLA and Carnegie Mellon conducted a study that showed that there has been a dramatic rise in the last 20 years of faculty that self identify as very, very far left liberals. and to the point where it's also resulted in a sharp decline in those that identify as conservatives.
