And that's where what we've seen in some of these institutions and what we've heard from faculty who've tried to apply to some of these institutions is that There are so many litmus tests that [faculty] need to go through to satisfy that they hold an extreme viewpoint on one side of the issue. in some cases that they are completely blocked out from day one if they're on the other side of the issue.
