And then once we have the opportunity, we need to enact better policies, including reform on licensing and permitting, and a lot of good ideas here today around the table. Part of, I think the hopeful future is education reform. And We talked about Lifeline scholarships and how we had a close miss on that one, but it had never been that close before. So the other opportunity here is that we need to try again and keep at it. And I believe that we'll get over the goal line on that and other issues. (1:12:02–1:12:09)
