And so knowing all that, to the point about what do we need to do with the shadow budget and how do we stimulate the economy? We need to hold that shadow budget accountable year over year. And we need to make sure that in our discussions about public policy, we recognize that regulation is harmful to business growth overall. So that's the point I would make. (26:18–26:23)
