I think that, you know, what they're ignoring here is the fact that separation of power does not mean unaccountability. Right. They still have to answer to someone. And in fact, As U.S. attorney, I investigated pull up corrupt public officials. States are sovereign, but I investigated state officials as an oversight body. We commonly call congressional officials to appear before us. And the Supreme Court has resisted appearing before Congress to testify. We're still in a debate about that issue. (18:49–19:01)
