If you don't have a car and you're in the city limits of Chicago, in the Roseland neighborhood, it takes an hour and a half or almost an hour and a half to get to work. But We were able to start to change that by funding things like the Red Line extension, investing in that infrastructure. neighborhoods, transit, and frankly, bringing dollars to a lot of places that had been left out, either systematically excluded or just overlooked.
