You know, quite frankly, I see people across the board in life that they sign up for something on the Internet and it's a monthly charge, and it keeps going on and on and on and on. Well, state government was no different. We've asked our agencies to make sure that [paying for unused subscriptions] is not happening here in West Virginia anymore. And so we've identified a number of areas that that's being stopped. That's important. We also want to make sure that we're doing best practices in a number of areas. (05:31–05:38)
