I can tell you that as we talk to the different folks who are looking at coming into West Virginia and potentially investing many, many, many billions of dollars, that we're going to do this the right way. We're going to make sure that as these investments come, just like you would with some of these manufacturing facilities, you have the right setbacks, you have the right trees, you're addressing the right issues. That's going to happen. I think a lot of the concerns are misplaced that this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for West Virginia because we are going to do it the right way. (19:28–19:40)
