This data center bill has a chance to help West Virginia so much, not only through the billions and billions of capital investment, but of the dollars coming in. Half of the money is coming in to a fund that can reduce and ultimately wipe out the state's income tax. What that does is that better diversifies our economy. (21:12–21:25)
