I think that was really important. I want to further point out that one thing that I did is shore up the retiree program. We took some of the resources to make sure that the retirees weren't going to be hurt the way they were. And that's important because that's always bothered me that people that actually don't get pay that we want to make sure when they get their CPI Cola from Social Security that they're not faced with these double digit price increases.
