So our mountaineer care force is about attracting the right talent to West Virginia. And We're going to expand rural residencies and fellowships and so many opportunities for clinicians who decide to serve people in rural areas. We're also going to be expanding opportunities for our community, our technical college faculty positions. That's one of the challenges we have right now.
