Well, a couple things. First, we need the government to open back up. You know, we got to end this dysfunctional situation in Washington. This Schumer shutdown has hurt so many people in West Virginia and across the country. So I think that is a step that needs to happen. But one of the opportunities we have is we're creating these networks to improve access. (26:14–26:19)
