The truth is we started working on these initiatives earlier in the year. Some of you may remember when I got together with Secretary Kennedy back in Martinsburg, was back March 29, if I recall correctly. We rolled out a four pillar plan to make West Virginia a healthier and a more vibrant state. We focused on the fundamentals. We talked about cleaning up our food. We talked about giving people more purpose and getting more opportunities to work. (10:05–10:13)
