There's a lot of infrastructure that needs to be developed so that local clinics, FQHCs, hospitals, other entities can afford to invest in the technology, tools, the AI, the, the modern systems they need to do. We have to be looking at value based care models to make sure that our consumers are getting the best value for the health care dollars that are out there. in this area. It's my intent to bring together the health care systems across West Virginia to have those good discussions. You can't put it together in a month when you get an application coming in. (20:05–20:14)
