And that reverse cycle was really tearing at West Virginia's ability to compete and to grow and to be as successful as we all want it to be. Yesterday's announcement begins another chapter to allow us to change that dynamic. It's very, very exciting. We filed an application with the center for Medicare and Medicaid Services for a Rural Health Transformation Grant.
