We think we can save resources there and then a number of other areas as well. Better managing grants and also cutting postage and mail cost. We found that we could, through some better practices, save money. And when you can have $1.3 million less in postage, maybe because you're relying on email or other types of tools, that's good for the people to have that money saved. We need to be always looking and challenging every one of our employees to save money. That's important and it's critical because we know that West Virginia always has financial challenges.
