That's important and it's critical because we know that West Virginia always has financial challenges. And the more money we can save, the better off we are. I know that at Human Services The auditors confirmed many of the things, the suspicions we had about ways we can improve processes. I will reiterate again, one thing that came through in the Human Services audit and throughout these audits is there needed to be tighter controls, especially on the finances. (14:42–14:50)
