Thank you, JB for your efforts. You know, for too long, there's been a great deal of uncertainty about this term waters of the United States rule. Unfortunately, it left many people holding the bag farmers, contractors, small business owners guessing whether their ephemeral stream or a backyard ditch was going to be classified as a waters of the United States rule and potentially subject them to significant penalties, potentially up to $37,500 a day. It was a huge, huge problem. I'm really happy to be here today to announce that because of the good decision that came out of the Supreme Court and the wonderful work of the epa, that uncertainty ends. (01:31–02:00)
