It was textbook example of federal overreach in West Virginia and across the country. We were all animated by what the Obama administration, then the Biden administration tried to do. Fortunately, The Sackett decision, a lot of the other work that we were involved in, made the right call. And with this rule, the strengthening of the rule, I think you're right.
