I know that as the West Virginia Attorney General, we led most of the major waters of the United States rule litigation for a long period of time. Back In 2015, we had 31 states, it was actually a bipartisan initiative to stop what the Obama administration was doing. And then obviously, as the lead amicus in Sackett, and then we had led the way with respect to all the efforts in the 8th Circuit to stop WOTUS from moving forward for large parts of the country.
