We're moving forward in accordance with state law to appoint a successor who will serve at a minimum until May of 26 and potentially beyond. Because The seat goes to 2032. We're obviously going to be looking for someone with an unshakable commitment to the rule of law and someone who's going to serve the people of West Virginia with integrity, impartiality, and a deep respect for the Constitution.
