As you know, with the recent passing of Supreme Court Justice Tim Armstead on August 26th, we have some work to do. We have to have a replacement at the Supreme Court. As many of you know, Justice Armstead was elected to a 12-year term in 2020. with his seat now vacant. We're moving forward in accordance with state law to appoint a successor who will serve at a minimum until May of 26 and potentially beyond. (10:32–10:41)
