As I think I may have mentioned to you, Steven, I've always thought that that has to be high on the list. We had tried to prioritize the peia, and we worked very hard on that last year. The legislature did not want to act at that time on [the peia] issue. So we did a lot from a regulatory perspective. And actually we've had a lot of success on the regulatory side.
