That means working more closely with families, strengthening collaboration with placement providers and building more capacity for high needs youth right here in West Virginia instead of sending them out of state. You know, Earlier this year during the state of the State, I announced an important new initiative. I called it the Bring them Home initiative. And the goal was to slowly but surely bring many of our kids home.
