Well, I think the watershed is absolutely important. It allows us to maintain a sustainable, healthy fishing industry here in southeast and throughout the nation. The Transboundary Commission, they have responsibilities that extend beyond fisheries. It's ensuring that we have healthy waterways, that we have transit between our two nations.
