I think it's important that all user groups be balanced. I think it's important that we potentially go back to Anoka and look at some of the other implications of that legislation. That legislation closed off a great deal of the resources of Alaska, whether they be timber or mineral or even oil and gas in some areas. I think it's important that we recognize that that bill has restricted the growth and opportunity of the state. (24:59–25:08)
