So when it comes to my tax plan, I reviewed the state budget which as you all know is 40 to 41 billion dollars a year. And we have the bucket of the General Fund. In 2023, [the General Fund] was approximately 11.6 billion. Just this past fiscal year, it's going to be 14.7 billion. So my plan would be to freeze the spending, put a spending cap on the General Fund at 2023 levels or $11.6 billion. Every dollar over that gets returned to you as a permanent tax cut. (18:27–18:37)
