It's a literacy crisis. I talked a little bit about that. If you learn to read by the third grade, you read to learn after the third grade. If you're not reading at the fourth grade, by the fourth grade, there's a 70% chance that you will be either on welfare or in prison. And we know this, and we have programs, there are some not for profit programs out there that are really fighting the good fight to get kids literacy. (36:06–36:15)
