Back to our point earlier of, oh, I know how we're going to save money. We're just going to eliminate waste, fraud and abuse. Great. You can't just say we're going to do this. Whenever you have a system of laws in place that are being broken, there is a grave risk that by not enforcing those laws, you will cheapen the rule of law itself.
