So, you know, presidents have obviously relied heavily on Article 2 as well as AUMFs, especially the O1 and O2A UMFs that are still in effect. One of the things that Congress has talked about is reforming the AUMF process. And really, you know, looking at the current AUMFs that are, in moving the blank, removing the blank check correct, and looking at it and seeing what should be amended, what should be changed, who should be removed, who may need to be added.
