Obviously a lot has changed in, in 20, you know, nearly 25 years. So I think there's consensus that that needs to occur. I do think the President was legally justified in his decision to strike at Iran's nuclear facilities under Article 2. I do believe they did abide by the War Powers Resolution. But the fact is there's no question there can and should be reform. And it's still a good idea. (24:54–25:03)
