I had an opportunity to talk with our previous councilman Jungas Jordan, about the implications of zoning and the intention that he used to set that zoning for the future. We've deviated from our comprehensive plan on several occasions whenever someone asks for an exception. but we don't always go back and readdress what those implications and rippling effects would be. So I would be very intentional to ensure that we have proper zoning that is going to require us to conserve green space. (08:54–09:00)
