I think that we have to be very intentional to preserve the opportunity for our citizens and District 6 to own homes. And we also have to consider our neighbors and historic Como. Even with those development, We have to protect against gentrification [in historic Como]. So it's important to me that we articulate a strategic plan on how we're going to respond to affordable home crisis and that we work that plan with fidelity. (23:01–23:05)
