And so I believe that we need to work with developers to ensure that we're building the infrastructure as we go. And We have to also take care of our aging communities. The Como community, southwest Fort Worth, also has aging communities, and we've got to take care of our roads. and we have to be, again, make sure that we're accountable. And I'll work with TPNW to make sure that we have a plan on how we're going to continue to build infrastructure and maintain the infrastructure that we currently have. (16:41–16:51)
