So we need to look at having new spaces for people who are incarcerated that are safe and humane. And we need to look at staffing our facilities appropriately. When Act 10 went into place, it really took away the ability for our employees at the prisons to advocate for themselves for safe working conditions and pay. that met. That met what the job entailed.
