We've grown child care by over 30,000 seats in the last three years because we decided after all that ARPA money went away, we were still going to fund child care. Why? Because it's so important. What happens to a little kid between the year ages of 0 and 5 can impact the trajectory of their life. That's a good investment for our state to have those kids cared for. It's also good for their parents because they can go to work. Childcare. They can go to work. (35:04–35:12)
