Well, I'd say as we sit here this morning, Massachusetts is atop the country in its rankings for best schools, best healthcare, top innovation economy. We have the safest drinking water, we're among the safest states. We've been ranked the best state to live if you're a woman, best state to have a baby and raise a family. These are all wonderful and important things and they're informed and they result from policy decisions and investments that we've made. It's also the case it's expensive. (09:38–09:44)
