We need to do that. We deal with closures of community hospitals or lines of service from time to time in our states. I've seen it in Massachusetts. And you know, We try to do everything we can to keep important lines of service open, but it sure hasn't helped one big beautiful bill cut a trillion dollars in health care. The way that plays out is that means states are getting less funding and we've got it. We just don't have enough funding through what's available through Medicaid, for example, to keep things going.
