We've done a phenomenal job creating these multidisciplinary teams to really serve community members that are most vulnerable, including those that are chronically homeless. How do you get people off the streets? You have to build permanent supportive housing. The city of Fort Worth invested over $26 million just since I've been mayor to build [permanent supportive housing] units. These are wraparound services for people.
