The reason Tarrant county is most successful is because we work alongside the city of Arlington, our Tarrant county leadership, and all the nonprofits that are doing this work. The one thing I do think that City of Fort Worth has done uniquely is understanding what the dignity of work looks like and how the city of Fort Worth specifically can play a role in that. And CBS may have reported on the Upspire program and our partnership with Presbyterian Night Shelter. So Upspire has really gained a lot of positive notoriety for the right reasons. (10:03–10:14)
